My activism is kindness.

A small group of us got together. We were frustrated and anxious about the dark turn of world events. What could we do? What service could we offer that might make some small difference? We are all in the helping professions and Buddhists. We decided spreading kindness would be our niche.

May we love and unconditionally accept the world as it is, others as they are, and ourselves as we are. May we offer understanding and compassion for the conditions of greed hatred and delusion and for the ways we defend against our vulnerability and fragility. May we offer peace and joy.
