I dream I'm in a swimming pool with my swim team. I have been so burned that I'm a ball of scars. My swim team members take up the task of debridement, cutting away the damaged tissues. I know that I couldn't have deconstructed these old patterns without the many helpers who have appeared in my life. Because of the love of my helpers the hardened scars covering shame, fear and vulnerability are fading.
